Hungry for Breakfast?  Mary Kay’s Country Diner is now serving Breakfast 7 days a week 6 - 9am.  Your breakfast is cooked to order and the endless cup of coffee is only 50¢ . Saturday - Thursday 11am - 2pm and Friday 11am - 9pm. Friday night we have All You Can Eat fried Catfish and 8oz Ribeye specials. Boil Water Notice Issued by G-M Water Supply 

The following statement was issued by G-M Water Supply Company: 

Due to a broken water main at the City of Hemphill’s Water Treatment Plant, customers living in the following areas are asked to boil water used for human consumption until further notice as a precaution only to destroy and possible bacteria or contaminants that may be in the water.  The water should be brought to a rolling boil for at least two minutes before consumption. 

The areas affected are Highway 87 north from Hemphill to Speights Rd; Highway 87 south including the Yellowpine and Six Mile Communities; Highway 184 west of Hemphill and FM 944.
