The following information was obtained through the Open Records Act and was provided in accordance with such act.  Under the Constitution of the United States, persons are innocent until proven guilty.  The following persons have only been charged but not convicted of the crime(s) listed. 

 

2-27-2010, Sophia Burr, 22, Driving Without a License-No Proof of Insurance, Arrested by Deputy Bob Lowe.

 

3-2-2010, James O. Brown, 43, Possession of Marijuana - Assault, Arrested by Officer James Haralson.

 

3-4-2010, Jerry L. Bluford, 57, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Arrested by Officer Angela Neal.

 

3-5-2010, James Mackey, 44, Criminal Trespass, Arrested by officer Shannon Brazeal.

 

A PTR Bond is a Pre-Trial Release Bond that may require less than the normal cash bond amount to be deposited.  A PR Bond is a Personal Recognizance Bond and is a signature bond that involves no money or property as long as the suspect appears at all future court dates.  “Capias Pro Fine” is writs or warrants issued after the defendant defaults on an agreement with the court.  The writ is considered outstanding until paid in full.  The recipient usually must remain in jail until fees and/or costs have been satisfied by time served or the fees and/or costs have been paid in full.
