Sabine Grand Jury Returns 29 Indictments

The Sabine County Grand Jury heard 39 criminal complaints on Monday and returned 29 indictments, or True Bills.  Eleven indictments remain sealed.

The 18 unsealed indictments are:

Martha Ann Margiolos was indicted for driving while intoxicated on a December 3, 2009 offense.  The indictment also presented two prior DWI offenses, one on April 7, 1982 in Jefferson County Texas and May 14, 2009 in Orange County Texas.

Justin Dale Eaves was indicted for driving while intoxicated on a January 23, 2010 offense.  The indictment also presented two prior DWI offenses on January 18, 2005 in Jasper County Texas and December 1, 2006 in Hardin County Texas.

John Louis Leone was indicated for driving while intoxicated on a January 16, 2010 offense.  The indictment also presented two prior DWI offenses on October 22, 2003 in Colorado County Texas and October 12, 2004 in Coryell County Texas.

Christopher Brett Warner was indicted for driving while intoxicated on a September 11, 2009 offense.  The indictment also presented two prior DWI offenses on August 13, 1997 in Sabine County and July 18, 2003 in Angelina County Texas.

Joe Don Jenkins was indicted for theft on a November 14, 2009 offense in which he is charge with taking fishing rods and reels.

Josey Wells Divins was indicted for theft on a November 14, 2009 offense with taking fishing rods and reels.

Rebecca Jolene Blake was indicated for burglary of a building on an October 4, 2009 offense.

Michael Steven Parker was indicted for robbery on a December 23, 2009 offense and assault-family violence on a December 23,2009 offense.

Steve Edward Lewis, Jr., was indicted for delivery of a controlled substance on a November 12, 2009 offense and two offenses on November 13, 2009.

Terrie Giddings was indicted for credit or debit card abuse in an April 2008 offense.

Kevin Ray Horton was indicted for evading arrest in an October 23, 2009 offense.

Joshua Lee Morton was indicted for evading arrest on a November 20, 2009 offense.

Joshua Adam Hurley was indicated for unlawful possession of a firearm on a December 4, 2009 offense. 

Charles Dean Brown was indicted for unlawful possession of a firearm in a December 5, 2009 offense.

Albert Leroy Johnston was indicted for aggravated assault in a December 9, 2009 offense.
